The Harrington Trail:

The Harrington Trail is short but sweet. The Larimer County Park staff did a nice job of stabilizing it early in the Summer of '95, after the very wet Spring took its toll. I consider Harrington to be a great way to get back down to the Spring Creek Trail from the radio towers service road. I don't think that it is fun to climb, goin in the opposite direction. It has some nice small dropoffs and switchback corners. It only takes about 5 minutes to ride it from the service road to the Spring Creek trail.

There is a very short section of the Harrington Trail that can be taken to link the radio tower service road to the Loggers Trail and the East Ridge Trail. If you are headed back toward the service road on the Loggers Trail, you can climb the first section of Harrington to avoid having to gain the same altitude on the service road. It's a tough climb, but so is the service road!.
